- I don’t have to kick myself every time I try to speak French to someone who doesn’t speak English
- Sleeping in my own bed with a familiar call to prayer that my brain already knows how to sleep through
- The comfort of knowing what is going on even a small percentage of the time
- Being able to get around on my own
- Hugging my boys everyday as they come home from school
- Driving on the RIGHT side of the road
- Competitive games of Sorry and Qwirkle
- Living life right next to my best friend
- Skype calls which keep me connected to my family
- Friendships that are already established and can just grow
One Week and One More Trip
We have one week together as a family before Joel takes off on his 3 week trip. This is the last trip of the year and the last trip in our busy season of travel. God has sustained us through this crazy time and we are now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. For the moment we are enjoying every minute we have together as a family.

Awe it’s so good to be with family.
