Since we last spoke…

July 27, 2017 by Joel Potter

[joel and bethany potter] Bethany recovered after several days home from her last rash breakout. It was discouraging to have to cut short our time in St. Pete as we still had many plans made, but it was totally the right thing to come home. We’re considering how we might get back over to St. Pete for a long weekend in early Autumn.

All three kids have had the sweet introduction to summer camp and are loving it! We were privileged to receive some financial help so that all three kids could get to camp at Lake Aurora Christian Camp. It’s been so fun to let them experience this ‘rite of passage.’

In the midst of school starting soon, Joel will be traveling to Pennsylvania to encourage missionaries who have recently come back to the US on their ‘Home Assignment’ and are hanging out at “Enrichment.” He’ll be talking about the organizations’ new name, branding, how they can leverage the momentum of that and how they can continue to tell these incredible stories that they’re on the front lines “writing” with their lives.

What can we do?

Can we pray for YOU? Would you send us some needs and wants that we might take to the Lord on your behalf, as a family? We would love to be as ‘two-way’ as we can be in our relationship and praying for you would be a privilege! If you would like, leave a prayer request in the comments below or email us using the contact button at the top of the page.
