Our last week of our final semester brought many “lasts” with it…
A last small group with leaders and fellow students whom we’ve grown to love and cherish as part of our everyday lives…
A last get-together with our dear friend (and a sweet goodbye present for Judah). Praying for a reunion with her overseas some day :)!
A last celebration with many of our friends as we attended the wedding of Matt & Deborah, who met and fell in love at the training center :)…
A last hug for Judah’s BFF Selah… those two will miss each other!
A last gathering of our whole class as we walked across the stage, received our diplomas, and worshipped God together…
Every “last” brings a new beginning… I’m excited to see where those new beginnings will lead us and many of our fellow classmates.
So what’s next for us?!?
Right now, we’re celebrating Christmas in Washington State with John’s family. We will be returning to Missouri in January to do some additional training. I will be taking an intensive course in linguistics for 1 1/2 semesters, and John will be staying at home with the boys during the time I’m class (in John’s words, “PRAY FOR ME!” 🙂 ). We’re looking forward to learning more and spending a little more time at the training center. Thanks for being part of our journey!
