Mer-Na-Gy = Ger-Ma-Ny (in Judah language)
We’re here! And, believe it or not, there are still countries in this world where not every last corner is Wi-Fi’d or hot-spotted, which means that we have had the joy of living without internet for most days here. Which is refreshing and frustrating at the same time (refreshing when there’s so much more time to read; frustrating when I want to update our blog but can’t).
Nevertheless, here are some pictures from these last 1 1/2 weeks in Germany visiting my family. To sum up our time here: lots of family time, lots of doting on Baby Ben (not sure if Ben would call it that), lots of ice cream and coffee, lots of hugs and laughter, lots of motorcycle riding. See for yourself:
When I asked Judah what he liked about Germany, he gave me a list:
– “This” (referring to a chocolate crossaint he was eating)
– “Trauben” (which means grapes, but he really meant “Tauben,” which means pigeons. There are lots of pigeons in the city and the boys love chasing them)
– “Ice cream” (the boys have had a ridiculous amount of ice cream here. Oh well.)
Food and chasing birds. That’s Mer-Na-Gy from a 3 year-old’s perspective :). More pics to come!
