One new piece of news is that we were asked by a young Brazilian couple to do some premarital counseling with them.

On Sept. 2nd John & Melanie participated as “padrinhos” (“witnesses”) in a Brazilian wedding. We walked up the aisle and then got to sit down up front with the other 38 “witnesses” for the almost 2 hour long ceremony.

John & I have been asked to be in a Brazilian wedding on September 2nd. The bride asked us to be "padrinhos" in the wedding.
