Charles and James are attending high school in Manila. We were planning to be with them during their October break, but were not sure how all the travel plans would work out. We had planned on arriving in time for the parent teacher conferences, but an anonymous and generous person at Wycliffe mission paid for us to fly from our northern Luzon flight center to Manila. Not only was it a real treat for us to skip the 7 hour bus ride, but we also surprised the boys by arriving 2 days earlier than scheduled. It was great to see them and see how well they are doing in their new situation. We thank the Lord for providing good dorm parents and teachers for them.
