I must admit that sometimes I do let little things bug me. I know I shouldn’t, but it’s easy to get stressed out when you are trying to go somewhere and things land I your path. I really need to remember to be thankful that they didn’t land in my ear, down my shirt, or on the back of my neck.
On my way across the yard to church this morning this fellow landed on the path in front of me. Normally I would be bugged by this, but fortunately I noticed he was smiling; just having a bit of light fun. I guess you could say the same thing about the little guy waiting on a bucket where we hold our meetings.
All in all, I guess I’m learning that I just need to relax, the small things that bug me are just part of the entertainment….as long as they are on my neck.
Prayer Requests:
Heidi and I have been in the village for two months and our flight out to town is coming up at the end of the week. We are looking forward to seeing the three new missionary families and a single lady who have joined our N. Luzon team while we have been in the village.
We finished what we hoped to accomplish last week on the Romans translation and are going to try to squeeze in a few more days of checking this week.
Heidi got the Genesis Back to English translations ready to send to the consultant and will be working on Act Back translations this week.
Other than those things, Jonathan hopes to work to prepare Vicky’s roof for the installation of new solar panels and Heidi will have 3 ladies’ Bible studies.
Thank you for your prayers,
God bless,
Jonathan & Heidi
