I consider myself extremely blessed by the mother God gave me. Mom’s love for the Lord and desire to serve Him whether on the foreign mission field or in the USA has had a huge impact on my life. No matter what the circumstance she has always exhibited true contentment in the Lord. I am thankful for her willingness to speak truth into my life over the years and for her words of wisdom and encouragement that continue on today.
What a rare treat to be able to spend Mother’s Day with Mom here in Vermont! We enjoyed worshipping together then after dinner out we were able to spend time with my brother and sister-in-law. We thank our heavenly Father for giving us the opportunity to be with family before we head to Africa.
