About Us

Josh and Bethany Weeks will be serving as staff in Missouri at the Missionary Training Center.  In our new role we have the heart and desire to share the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord in our lives. Our hearts remains steadfast to the goal and great commissions of seeing the gospel spread to the uttermost parts of the world. It is an privilege to be a hands-on part of encouraging many families and singles towards this wonderful honor and joy of serving the Lord overseas.

Our ministry serving at the Missionary Training Center is a support ministry.  Specifically, we will be supporting those students at the missionary training center who are preparing to go to unreached people groups all over the world.   Josh will be using his 20+ years of  experience in the building trades to serve on the grounds of the campus on the Building and Maintenance team.  Both Josh and Bethany are passionate about being an encouragement to students who desire to devote their lives to the Lord in ministry.  They have first-hand experience in the difficulties and joys of serving overseas.  They have seen and can testify of the amazing blessing it is to trust in the Lord as missionaries.  It is their prayer that their experiences in Asia Pacific will bless, edify and encourage the students at the Missionary Training Center.

A litte more:

Motivated by the love of Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, Ethnos 360 exists to assist the ministry of evangelism where the gospel has not yet reached.

Currently there are 60 missionary families or individuals serving at Ethnos 360.  The staff brings first-hand experience to the specialized training the students receive, offering both the practical and spiritual preparation needed to become an important part of the team that is planting tribal churches.

Josh and Bethany and their family have served 7 years in Asia Pacific.  Josh especially has experience in surveying new locations for work, and in building homes for missionaries in remote villages.  Bethany’s compassion in ministering to her neighbors will demonstrate to new missionaries the many opportunities there are for service even while learning a new language and culture.
