As if studying language here was not tricky enough, the powers that be (of this area) are a bit resistant to us formally studying language at this time. Although we are not familiar with all the fine details, we are currently prevented from studying language at school. Please pray for us as we pray for wisdom for those taking care of these matters for us and all the others.
Second, it appears as we are a very sharing family. That is, Sarah was gifted with some type of cold-bug. Over the last week or so it has been re-gifted to the rest of us. Lastly, today Jodie has received the gift. Of course, we all know that you can’t UN-GIFT, so we will be thankful it is not worse than it is.
Lastly, although my crate did arrive in Jakarta it did not clear customs while I was there. I was not able to retrieve our "stuff" from it. But, we are thankful it did "clear customs" without a hitch. Thank you Lord!
