I hit the ground running. Arriving the day before the NTM Refresher Seminar held annually in Camdenton Missouri, I was faced with a glitz in the schedule. Scrambling to coordinate some major changes in the order of our guest speakers, we were soon back on track and ready to host over 200 missionaries and their families, home from the field.
More than 500 missionaries were on the campus (including staff from our Mission Training Institute, volunteers and those in transition to or from mission fields). All were ready for a great time, with incredible guest speakers to challenge and encourage, and seminars to enlighten, encourage and update our missionaries on the latest in missions and technology.
How exciting to unveil the new personal web sites for our NTM missionaries. Thanks to the dedicated work of our Communications Staff to make it an easy, affordable and downright fun way to keep their supporters updated on their ministry.
Can you imagine the spiritual impact of what is happening around the world as these hundreds of missionaries go out from this conference — encouraged, recharged, and enabled — to continue reaching tribal people with the Gospel?
Thanks for making this possible through your prayers and partnership with us.
Pray for Katy and I, this summer as we travel, work and look forward to extra time with family and friends.
Pray July 22-29 for Katy’s trip to Costa Rica to minister to children and women in a small beach community.
