Changes in Tigak

August 18, 2014 by Ned and Linn Beall

We wanted to update you on what is going on with our ministry. Our co-workers, Tom and Beth Carlton, will not be able to return to Papua New Guinea to work with the Tigak. This has been a stressful time for all of us and for the Tigak believers. We have really been in shock, since we loved our team and working together with Tom and Beth. Please be praying for the Carlton family as they transition to a new ministry. And pray for Tom as he is packing up their home and saying goodbye to the Tigak people over the next three weeks. It will be challenging for Tom as he explains to the Tigak why they will not be returning and encourages the believers in their walk with the Lord. We know the Lord knows what is best for all of us and loves the Tigak more than we do, so we rest in that!

Here are links to blogs from our teammates sharing some of what the Lord has been teaching each of us through this difficult transition.

You can also be praying for our family as Bethany starts classes tomorrow at Liberty University and we will be moving Savannah into the dorm at Texas A&M in one week. And Josiah starts back to college in one week too. Lots of changes and transitions going on!

Thank you for your prayers and your partnership!
