Eye progress

Linn has not had any improvement in her sight since the 2nd surgery. The latest checkup showed that there is already a cataract from the first surgery that has been growing surprisingly fast. Next week she will go in for an evaluation to see if it is already time for cataract surgery. We are hopeful that the cataract is what is keeping her sight from improving in her left eye. It is kind of funny because if she holds a book very close to her left eye she can actually read it. But with her right eye the book has to be arm’s length away to read it so it makes it a bit tricky to focus. We would appreciate your continued prayers for the doctors to have wisdom.

Ned has started working full time on the book of Matthew. Pray that he would have good focused time each day to translate with a minimum of interruptions. The nice thing about working on translation in the USA is he doesn’t have the distractions he does in the tribe with the Tigak people always coming by and needing help on something or needing things.
