Happy New Year!

We hope you had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year! It is hard to believe we are in a new decade. Ned & I both had birthdays and are enjoying senior discounts for Garrett’s basketball games. J

I have been working on Ned’s trip to PNG in March and April. We have almost gotten the tickets worked out but have been told that the local airline will not accept credit cards issued in the USA??!! That makes it difficult.

Ned has his Scripture portions ready to be checked. He is preparing for more training on checking Epistles with 4 different Epistles from another translator. He is also preparing for checking translation from 4 other translators in other languages. There is a huge need for translation consultants around the world. We are thankful Ned can be part of meeting this need; it is very rewarding. Most of the translation projects are currently happening in Papua New Guinea. Our prayer is that as Ned completes his work on the Tigak Bible he will transition into full time translation consultant work. Please be praying with us about this. We are asking the Lord to give us wisdom as we continue to serve him and move forward in ministry.
