PREPARATIONS FOR THE NEXT LITERACY CLASS

November 20, 2010 by Phil and Elin Henderson

One decision we need to make with the village leaders is how and when to start the next literacy classes. We think Elin will teach one class close to where we live and Nadia Hattingh will teach one close to where her family lives. Our families live about 5k apart from each other. There are many decisions to be made regarding timing, who should attend, how can we motivate students from the first class to be co-teachers for the next classes, etc. Pray with us as we work with the village leaders, the students from the first class, and potential students regarding the next set of literacy classes.
