ELIAS AND NELITU

January 28, 2012 by Phil and Elin Henderson

Here is a picture of Elias and his best friend Nelitu. Nelitu is an orphan who lives with his uncle , one of our neighbors. He and Elias spend most of their days together. Here they are building sand houses for their favorite game “bomba” (bomb). One person builds the house and the other uses the soccer ball as a bomb and tries to destroy the house. The process provides them with endless fun. The game has caught on, yesterday there were about 30 boys in the yard playing “bomba.”
