We praise the Lord for multiple answers to prayer over the past week. First of all we are thankful for a safe trip home. He also helped us find a reliable car (pictured here) to purchase for use on our home assignment. We got word that there was an apartment available for us to rent from our mission’s headquarters, literally right around the corner from the kids’ school. Finally, the kids’ school called earlier this week and told us that they would NOT need to take the standardized testing we were prepared for. They felt that with their recent travel and also having seen their school portfolios that we had brought with us, that the tests were not necessary. This was a double blessing. For one, the kids were thrilled to not have to take the tests and also they both came down with colds the day the test would have started. God knew! Thanks for praying!!
