SPACE SHUTTLE ENDEAVOR

September 11, 2012 by Phil and Elin Henderson

One of the treats Phil and Elias experienced on their trip to Kennedy Space Center was a tour of the massive Vehicle Assembly Building. This building has not been available to tour for over 30 years. Inside they experienced another treat, getting a close-up view of the retired Space Shuttle Endeavor. Next week Endeavor will be put on the back of a converted 747 and carried to California where it will be placed in a museum.
