I sprained it again

I am writing this request with my foot propped up and wrapped in ice.  Last night (Tuesday) I sprained my right ankle badly.  I have crutches to get around on and pain meds to keep the tears back.  This is not a minor sprain.  Please be in prayer, not only for me to heal from this current sprain, but that in the healing process the Lord strengthens my already genetically weak ankles to better than they were before.   Overseas the terrain is not very friendly to weak ankles and it would be a bummer if I was limited in my ability to be out with the tribal people.  Thank you for you prayers.
