Discipleship over Decisions!
As members of Ethnos360, in partnership with our sending churches, we are living in the Asia-Pacific region of the world with the task of making more and better Disciples of Jesus among some of the least reached people in the world. The process of making more and better disciples amongst these more isolated people groups is most effectively done, when able to live among them as we work to Translate, Teach, and Train people up in God’s word.
In this part of the world there exist hundreds distinct language groups with unique and different cultures. More than 75% still do have any portions of the Bible in their language. Nor do they have the opportunity to have exposure to a clear and consistent gospel in their heart language. Our goal is to see more and better disciples made among these people.
To this end we are living among one of these people groups. Our current ministry responsibilities have us in the throws of full time language study. Decisions for Him are always something to be excited about. However, discipleship not decisions is the goal. Though we would love to speed up the process, for long term impact, we are taking the time to do this right.
