Sparks & Scares

Sparks: I know it shouldn’t surprise me that I am human and that I make mistakes, but it does. In January, I attempted to upgrade our desktop computer. Did you know that if you drop a screw into a running computer that not much good can come from that. After a loud pop and a small shower of sparks, our computer was no more. It is incredible how dependent we are on having a computer. Blessings though, just this week we were able to reload our older and slower laptop and are finally back in business (kind of )

Scares: As fast as Jordan’s vocabulary increasing, so is his imagination. You would not believe how many monsters live in his closet and in his toy pop-up tunnels. Thus comes the scares. Shortly following these “life threatening” encounters, Jordan will come running to us announcing, “I’m scary!” Ah the life of a 2 ½ yr old.

Please continue to be in prayer for us that we will not lose our focus amidst all that comes our way. We know what God has called us to be about and trust that he will continue to work out the details as we are faithful to serve where we are at.
