N. Ireland work team – Fantastic

June 23, 2012 by Simon and Annika Flanagan

Hi friends,

For those of you who don’t know, Simon’s parents along with a team made up of friends from churches that pray and support us, joined with Summit N.I.; came out and took our Islands regional conference and worked on our house. We had some time with Simon’s parents before conference and then the team looked after all our missionaries over conference. Simon’s Dad, Joe Flanagan along with Harry Dowds taught and encouraged us from God’s word over the four days of conference, others worked in the kitchen and ran child care and youth programs, freeing up the missionaries to have a refreshing conference time. Many of our missionary friends spoke of this conference as a really good time of refreshment and challenge from the word and told us to make sure and thank the team for all they did. The N.I. team worked really hard and were a tremendous encouragement to all who attended, thanks guys! Below are some photo’s from conference.

Hmm it looks like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any helpful hints for first-time blog writers? I’d really appreciate it.
