The Countdown is ON!

February 14, 2015 by Steve and Donell

TimeWe are counting down the days to some exciting things happening here in the next few weeks…

In March, our daughter and son-in-law, Pete & Bree Ammerman, are coming this way to spend a week in Goroka at our MK school, Numonohi Christian Academy. They will help conduct a seminar for junior and senior high students, equipping them for their coming transition to their home countries after graduation. Bree graduated from this school almost 10 years ago! Pray for them and the kids they speak to.

Also in March we have been invited to attend an NTM conference in the Sepik Region. These conferences are annual events for encouragement and team building and they happen in every region that NTM works in here in PNG. We are so excited to participate this year and look forward to hearing first hand what God is doing in the tribes there!

In April we will be traveling back to the States for our regular 6-month home assignment. We look forward to reporting to our churches and supporters all that the Lord has been doing in PNG these last 2 years. We will locate this time in Mission Viejo, CA, living with Pete and Bree who have based there for their ministry to MKs with New Tribes Mission.

Please pray for a vehicle for us to use from April through October. If you know of one available, please let us know.

One of our cell phones was stolen in Australia, and the other one just died here in PNG. Many things must be replaced, fixed and stocked up on when we get home. Pray for the Lord’s provision and wisdom for us.
