Hi from Alabama,
As I write this (Mar.9) a missionary couple has traveled from a neighboring country by rough dirt road, to visit the Komono Christians in Côte d’Ivoire where they used to work before the civil war of 2001-2004. They want to encourage the new believers to be trusting in Truths from God’s Word, although they still do not have a complete Bible (or even New Testament) translated into their language. In a different tribe, a single missionary is trying to organize Glaro language helpers to work together with her, sort of like a translation team, to get the Scripture portions translated that will be needed for chronological Bible teaching in the Glaro language. Another missionary couple is in Abidjan learning French, and African culture, hoping to move to a Glaro village maybe by the end of this year.
Please follow the link on the left for specific items of praise and PRAYer.
Praying for the unreached tribes of Ivory Coast,
