Just wanted to send out a brief update from our other home country to let you know we have made it safely to our destination. We’re still not home yet but will be in the coastal town for a few days of supply buying, repacking, canning, and getting reacquainted with the new time zone.
Thanks for your prayers for us as we traveled. Our time in Alaska was very encouraging as we met with the Body of believers there and reconnected with many friends. We even got to tour the Coast Guard on the island. We’re blessed by their care for us and for the people we live among in Asia Pacific. We left Kodiak island, were treated to the Anchorage Zoo and enjoyed our last American meal by a dear friend, and then headed out at midnight for Seattle.
After 7 hours there we continued our journeys. The girls did great and we did ok on getting some sleep along the way. I (Andrea) started out from Kodiak with a terrible stomach ache that continued for a day or so and then THANKFULLY subsided some while flying over the ocean.
Thanks for each of you that prayed for our travels and my stomach! We appreciate each one of you and the part you play in encouraging us!!! Thanks also to each one of you who have sent us an encouraging email or Facebook note as we began our travels;) We are returning to our place of service feeling very refreshed and privileged to be where we are, convinced of the promises of God and at rest in His AMAZING GRACE.
Encouraged~ Tim & Andrea Dina, Abby
