Hot and Spicy Corn Dip

Not one, not two, but three recipes for dip to serve with crackers!  Enjoy!

 

 

 

 

Hot and Spicy Corn Dip

2 cups corn, well drained

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1 large tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)

1 1/2 cups mexican style shredded cheese (use regular cheddar if you don’t want the extra spice)

1 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

1/2 tsp. chili powder

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix all ingredients.  Spread into pie plate.  Sprinkle with a little more chili powder.  Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.  Serve with your favorite crackers.

 

Holiday Appetizer Pie

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2 Tbsp. milk

1/2 cup sour cream

2 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced dried beef, chopped

2 Tbsp. minced onion

1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350.  Blend cream cheese and milk.  Stir in sour cream.  Stir in beef, onion and pepper.  Spoon into pie plate.  Bake for 15 minutes.  Serve with your favorite crackers.

 

Chicken Dip       *family favorite*

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1 small can (5.5 oz.) chunk chicken

1 Tbsp. chopped onion

1/4 tsp. onion salt (optional)

Mix all ingredients together.  Chill before serving.   Serve with your favorite crackers.
