Special Times

April 14, 2014 by Bart and Emily Allen

Since coming home from PNG several weeks ago, we’ve been enjoying some of the benefits of being back in America. As you’ll see from the pictures, most of them have something to do with family!

The boys with Grandpa Allen

A belated birthday celebration for Titus with the Beach cousins

Spending time with Grandpa and Grandma Weber

Out in the woods collecting sap to make maple syrup with Grandpa Weber

Getting to play in the snow - a "first" for Caleb

Enjoying Hank's Frozen Custard - sitting in the car because it was so cold outside that day!

Bart with his parents - whom we hadn't seen for almost 5 years

Building a snow fort before the last of the snow melted

Being able to go on some long-awaited "dates" - even if it is just to Walmart! Thanks to Grandpa and Grandma Weber for watching the kids!

Life in the tribe in PNG almost couldn’t be more different to life here!  Please continue to pray for us as we adjust to life in PA for these next 9 months.
