Marshmallow Fudge Brownies

Marshmallow Fudge Brownies

from Aunt Denise and Aunt Cheryl

Ingredients:

For Brownie:

1 cube butter

2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa powder

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups sugar

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup nuts

marshmallows

For Fudge:

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 Tbsp. butter

1 cup powdered sugar

small amount of milk or cream

pinch salt

1/2 tsp. vanilla

For Brownie:

1.  Melt together butter and cocoa powder.

2.  Beat in eggs, vanilla, salt, and sugar.

3.  Stir in flour and nuts.

4.  Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

5.  Cover brownie with marshmallows.

6. Drizzle fudge over top of the marshmallows.

For Fudge:

1.  Melt together cocoa powder and butter.

2.  Add powdered sugar, milk, salt, and vanilla.
