As we get used to the ways Filipinos cook here and as we get ready to move out of Manila, where you can find anything you want, we are finding ourselves in need of some new recipes. Can you help us?
Lemon Cake
I've been on a search for new recipes that use only the ingredients I can easily get here. Lemon cake is one of my favorites but they all use lemon pudding - which we can't get here in the Philippines! I finally found this recipe and I love it! I hope you do too!

I have to admit...I really just completely forgot about posting a new recipe last month! So sorry that you had to miss out on a whole month of yummy Filipino recipes! I'll try not to do that again, but here's two of our other very favorite dishes!
Pork or Chicken Adobo
Since all you got last month was a not so yummy cockroach killer, I thought I'd make it up to you by giving you an EXTRA good recipe this month. This, so far, is our favorite Filipino dish.
