It is very likely we will be seeing more and more helicopters in service overseas. This has huge implications for us personally and as an aviation team in the Philippines.
Things are changing around the world, and we are trying to stay ahead of the game. Once such change is the Kodiak, a new jet-fuel powered airplane that is now in production and we as an organization have 14 of them on the way!
Brian has had an opportunity to help rebuild a very special airplane. It is possibly the most "experienced" Cessna 185 in our fleet and has been part of some amazing adventures since its "birth" in 1961.
We have a lot of things we need to acquire and do before we leave for the Philippines. It is a huge task, but we know that the Lord is faithful and He has provided for our every need so far plus so much more.
After about 3 months of training and evaluation, the leadership here has decided that we would be a good addition to the team and has officially assigned us to the Philippine field.

The last couple of weeks we have entered into the flight portion of our time here in Arizona, and it has proven to be a great time, and a challenging time.
Our first couple of weeks of Orientation are completed and we are more excited than ever about our position as team members of New Tribes Mission Aviation.
