November 4th

November 4, 2010 by Chris and Maggie Hostetter

Promise broken already!  Sorry.

I had promised to update our blog at least once every two weeks and I just went over two months without touching it.

Here’s why:

5500 miles on the road.  11 different states.  9 different beds.  Dial-up internet.

We’re back in Minnesota after traveling to Oklahoma, Missouri, and Pennsylvania.  We’ve moved into a duplex in Waconia and are enjoying having a home to ourselves.  Our time working with the Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma was wonderful and our language helper, Lorene Whitehead, was a patient teacher.  We also had fun visiting family in Pennsylvania and accomplished a little Partnership Development while we were there.  We are currently at 20% of our full recommended support, and we still owe the Missionary Training Center $1,600.

Lord Willing, we will move to Papua New Guinea July, 2011!

Have a great day!
