There you have it: Our New Guinea budget in a nutshell. Or a pie shell. Those ($) numbers are what we need each month. As you can see, a big chunk of the dough goes to taxes (which we are personally and entirely responsible for), and health insurance (ditto), and travel (which is expensive no matter which country you live in!). Also, furlough – which is the year or so we spend in the USA between 4-year terms in New Guinea – is one of those money-suckers because of the plane tickets, housing rental, vehicle purchasing, and travel around the US visiting supporters. BUT we’re not scared! God has proven His faithfulness to us over and over again, always providing just what we need when we need it. We are counting on the prayers of all of you to keep us before His throne, and we know absolutely that we will have what we need to do what He asks.
