An opportunity to give.

July 28, 2020 by Chris and Maggie Hostetter

Our team office/multi-purpose building is in need of new batteries. In this building we are constantly needing power for computers, for printing Bible lessons, Scripture, and literacy materials, and for laminating book covers. Electricity in this building also allows the Pal people to solder loose wires on their flashlights and power banks, charge those items when the batteries die, and to cut their hair with our electric clippers.

Bible teacher training in the office building.

As a team, we are looking to purchase some high quality lithium batteries that require no maintenance and should last for the next 10+ years. We would like to purchase two of these batteries and they run for $875.00 each. We will need to purchase a battery combiner box which runs $572.20. And lastly, we will need to ship all of this to PNG and then fly it by helicopter into the tribe. So, we are thinking we will need close to $3,000 to purchase, ship, and install new batteries in our office building.

If God is leading you to give towards this project, please do not send your gift to our personal account. Please give to the Pal Ministry Account 442027.
