Day 10

October 24, 2012 by Chris and Maggie Hostetter

I don’t know what to say today. We’re moving along. Things are progressing. I watched a praying mantis eat another bug today.

The electrical work is just about all done. We turned the first light on in our house this evening. Bill, Josh, and Willard, the guys working on everything electrical, should finish up tomorrow and then move on to plumbing. Pete has about half of the inside walls up and Mike is working furiously on the kitchen cabinets. Four local Pal guys got most of the banister up on the front porch and they also gathered some more bush poles to continue their work tomorrow.

I’m pleased with the progress but we do only have 4 more days and then the family comes. There’s still a lot to do before then. Pray that we keep accomplishing things quickly, and that everyone stays safe.
