Ministries marry

Carol and Herman working on Bible lessons
Carol and Herman working on Bible lessons

Lindy and Carol are NTM missionaries in Brazil. Dave and I are pleased to be working with them to see a vibrant church established among the Guanano people.

In their March update, they were praising the Lord that Carol’s computer was fixed and running well.

Look at this TEAM effort involved in the repairs:
▪ The crew of the Tanaka boat transported the computer back and forth between the tribal area and Manaus.
▪ John and Pat transported the computer back and forth between the boat and the NTM office in Manaus.
▪ Dave Brendle with the Computer Services Department in Sanford found and bought a used screen.
▪ Dave S. brought the screen to Manaus when he came with a SUMMIT team.
▪ Phil put it all back together again in Manaus.

Praise the Lord that Dave was able to minister to the Guanano people through his part in repairing Carol’s computer.

Praise the Lord that Ruth is also able to be part of this team. Lindy and Carol use the chronological curriculum which Ruth edits as resource when they write Bible lessons.

In their prayer update, they wrote:

“Mario and his brother Herman are working with us to make our Bible lessons better. Herman works with Carol, and Mario continues to work with me. We are encouraged with the progress being made. We hope to finish our Phase 2 lessons for new believers and begin working on Bible lessons for the book of Acts. Please pray that both of them may continue to have the stamina and the desire to work with us.”

Pray that Dave and I will be faithful in each opportunity we have to be part of the NTM team around the world.  And pray also for Lindy and Carol and the two men who are helping them. Check out their website at www.ntm.org/lindy_drake
