Rosa Maria, our friend & former landlady, has trusted Christ as her Savior!
Rosa Maria put her total trust in Jesus’ death on the cross to pay the debt she owed & could not pay herself. Interestingly, after she was saved she commented to Sherri, “You never gave up on me.”
Sherri took the opportunity to explain that it was GOD who never gave up on her. She pointed out that He used different people & circumstances to bring her to salvation. When Sherri told Rosa Maria of the many people both here in the mission & around the world who had been praying for her, she was very surprised & very touched.
Rosa Maria is anxious to learn more about her Savior who, in His perfect love, continued to pursue her for so long. She’s also now concerned for her lost family members.
Thanks so much to each of you who’ve been praying for Rosa Maria for almost 4 years now. You’ve played an important part in her salvation. Please continue to pray for us & Rosa Maria as we disciple her & look for ways to reach her family.
