Wednesday is “Kids Club” night. Praise the Lord for kids club, it is a blessing. Please pray for all the kids that go along, there are some unsaved but mainly christian kids. Day 15 of the 40 days for life campaign. I’m really appreciating the daily devotionals that are sent out.
Thursday the girls and I went to do some clothes shopping for school. We found some good bargains on clearance sales. Sweet Mariah had to have her shots today, four all together, poor little thing. Praise the Lord for good medical care and His provision for our family.
Friday night is movie night. We watched “Paulie”, it was O.K. Praise the Lord for our family, we are thankful for these times together to bond and make memories. Please pray for our kids that they will grow to trust, love and obey God.
Dean went to his brothers to help him with house renovations all day Saturday. The kids and I had a nice, relaxing day at home. Praise the Lord for Dean being able to spend time with his brother who only became a christian last year.
Sunday we went to First Baptist morning and evening services. We had our good friends over for lunch, we haven’t seen them for a while so it was good to catch up with them. They are part of our “Go Team”. We so love and appreciate all the people that support us and pray for us.
Monday was busy with getting the kids off to school. It goes in stages Carissa leaves first, then Levi a while later and after that Veronica is the last one to go. Mariah had to go to the Doctor for her one year wellness check. She’s doing just fine. The kids and I are getting into a routine of learning memory verses on Mondays. Carissa is doing well but Veronica needs a lot of help. After the kids were in bed Dean and I decided to watch a movie together, that was nice. Praise the Lord for a good public school and the children center that our kids can go to. Please pray for us as we train up our kids in the ways of the Lord.
Tuesday Dean worked most of the day at Jersey Shore. I got the kids off to school then Mariah and I went to Super Walmart to do the weekly shopping. I managed to do half an hour of Rosetta Stone before Levi got home. Supper, homework, then bedtime for the kids. We finally got our newsletter finished and sent off to the newsletter service, Praise the Lord. Please pray for us this Sunday, we have a meeting at a local church. Pray for people to be moved to worship God through supporting us and the “Great Commission” work of the Lord in Senegal. Thank you for your prayers.
