Thank you so much for praying for our friends, fellow missionaries, and fellow believers who lost their homes and weathered a very traumatic situation due to the earthquake last month. We are so thankful for every person and organization who has helped to get relief to the devastated city where the earthquake occurred. If anyone would like to give to help with the relief efforts through our organization, you can do that here: https://ethnos360.org/projects/relief-fund
Here in our town, we’re getting ready over the next month to host a Region Fair (where missionaries serving in other parts of the country come to present their areas’ ministries and needs to the new families here), get a new house ready, give evaluations to 10 people (3 stage 3 evaluations—2 of those off-site and thus via e-mail—and 7 stage 1 evaluations), get the 7 newest students started into their stage 2 studies, welcome a new family, and get them started in their studies. And I (Jennifer) will also be making a trip to our former island for a week to help with 6 other evaluations somewhere in there.
We’d appreciate prayers for our family (us and the kids) as we’ve been going through some hard things emotionally over the past little while. Nothing serious is going on (so we don’t want you to worry)—it’s more just that the little stresses and discouragements and challenging situations have been piling up a bit and we could really use some encouragement and renewed perspective. We’re very thankful that our physical health continues to be good over all. That said, Tyndale still has occasional joint pain, the girls still have migraines, and a couple weeks ago Galilee had a couple mysterious fainting spells that we still haven’t figured out. So you can keep praying for our physical health too. 😊
Thanks so much. We love y’all and we seriously don’t know what we’d do without your prayers and support.
