Areli’s graduation went well and she’s taking her first two college classes online right now. Galilee took the second of four GED exams (the science one) yesterday and did well. The third one (social studies) is next Friday, and we hope to schedule the final one (English) in August after DJ and Tyndale get back from Asia. Galilee also has another botox treatment (the second one) on the 29th, and we’re praying for more relief from her migraines. Tyndale got to go on a fun several-day camping trip to a lake with his cousins a couple weeks ago, and is looking forward to his travels starting the 25th and lasting for the rest of the summer.
It has gotten very hot down here in southwest Texas as of about a week ago—it’s hitting 100 F or more every day. We’re thankful that the rains we had in May and the beginning of June brought the river level up, and we’ve been cooling off by going swimming every evening. We’d appreciate prayers for safety, health, and that everything here on the home front will run smoothly while DJ and Tyndale are gone through the heart of the summer. Please keep praying for their trip to Asia Pacific too.
Jennifer will be working on more writing and editing projects over the next few months as the Culture & Language Acquisition Team keeps pushing to get the new/revised language learning guide finished. She’ll also keep meeting virtually with missionaries in Asia who are learning remote languages.
Thanks so much for your prayers & support. God bless you all.
