Our trip to Nicaragua last month was GREAT! We had such a nice time with Brett and Debby and the family. It was a joy to get to know our new twin grandsons.
We got to see sights of Nicaragua, spend lots of tie with family, and meet many of the kid’s co-workers there in Matagalpa.
We got a new perspective of their ministries, and how we can pray for them.
Currently, Debby is in much need of sleep! Brett is sick since returning home to Matagalpa (from Managua). Chloe and Lily are back in school, and life goes on. Please pray for the Lord to provide the needs they have: support, sleep, wisdom parenting, and health. Thanks so much!
I have loaded several pictures from our trip on Facebook, if you go there you can see pictures. I will try to add some to this web site as well for you.
Now that we are home, we are helping Amy and Hector as they are planning their trip out West. They have a meeting in Arizona, and then head to Oregon. Pray for them to have wisdom for planning, packing, and meeting with friends along their way. They would like to be able to have a quick visit with Hector’s family, too. Judah and Ben are growing so quickly, Grandma and Grandpa Flores would love to see them. I think they will be unable to get away from their jobs to come to Juarez to visit though. Please pray for wisdom in Amy and Hector’s planning and packing. (They will ship some things to Missouri to be used in the training there in August-so much sorting needs to be done).
Monday we are back in the office at the NTM Home offices. We have missed our jobs, but the trip was worth it! Pray that we will continue steadfastly and faithfully in our responsibilities as we serve our members. Pray we will have wisdom and be an encouragement and blessing to others we have contact with.
Another prayer request we have is for Beka and Cody, as they embark on a different path than they originally planned in their training with NTM. They have been cleared
and decided to move ahead to get Cody’s pilot training. Beka will also pursue her nursing certificate to take with her to the mission field. Their plan at this time is to begin pilot training in the summer, and eventually head to PNG with NTM’s flight program.
Thanks a million for your support and prayers! We appreciate each of you so much! We thank God upon every remembrance of you. (Phil.1:3)
