I spend most of my time at the computer, working on Scripture translation and preparing material to take to the villages on weekends to teach in the meetings.
Gloria (Meyo – her Katukina name) spends as much time as possible with the people, who all love her dearly. She has been a real blessing in medical areas and teaching literacy.
Scott lives near the Katukinas and is always going to one of the villages to give whatever help he can. He helps with medical problems and is helping train health agents in the Katukina language. Also he is helping in community development, as well as training to become a language learning/culture consultant for the field.
