Work Progress

Shed

Our shed is now close to completion, minus the ever important front door that should get put on this week.  Joel has been working on this project for over 2 weeks and it looks amazing.  It has been fun to be involved in building something from nothing.  It will be so nice to have the space to store our stuff and to keep our tools organized for our rental properties.

Other Projects

Our work day was a lot of fun.  We got a great start to the work of painting the duplex.  However we did leave the day feeling size of the task and wondering how long it would actually take.  Joel worked everyday with the help of many getting it ready and on Friday the big day came.  We were able to complete all the spraying of both the shed and the duplex in one day even with the road block of a broken sprayer.  Now the size of the tasks left are feeling a little more manageable.  We have Grandparents coming this week to help with painting the wood work and finishing the shed.

We have been so blessed to have so many people who have been helping us with the work we need to get done.  This would not have been possible in the time frame we had without the Family of God.  We are so grateful andare enjoying working side by side so many different individuals.  Our list of tasks to complete is still long, but we know we are not alone and that many are helping us along the way.
