After Exercise…Growth

June 26, 2015 by Joel Potter

Believe it or not, it’s been three years since Bethany and our three kids along with Lynn, Bethany’s mother and I moved from Jackson Michigan to Sanford Florida. In those three years, kids have started new school(s), had a host of medical procedures and in general, have grown like weeds in the steamy Florida sun.

Bethany and I have grown too. The kind of growth that loving and losing family brings; the kind of growth that serious health challenges cause and the new growth that results from exercising mental and spiritual muscles you didn’t know you had!

These three years have challenged us to consider what we hold on to when we’re weak, why we are still serving as missionaries and where the strength to continue comes from. And in the “renewal” or growth that follows all exercise, we find new strength and vision to serve the Lord.

Where do you find strength from, to serve the Lord? Is He challenging you to GO and do more with Him? Consider NTM as a step in that direction.
