update on our co-workers…

Thank you all so much for praying for us and our team.

At the advice of their doctor in Australia, Ron and Michelle have gone home to get medical attention for Michelle’s knee. They had some initial checkups with doctors in Manila. The problem is arthritis and the proper procedures are not available in Manila so that’s why they have gone home.

A side benefit for going home is that their daughter just had a baby, so they’ll get to see them.

Bill and Carol had gone home to Canada for 3 months. They were scheduled to return earlier this month. They got as far as Seattle and found that their flight was canceled due to typhoon Durian. The airline said they will now have to wait until December 24th to return.

With none of us in the village, we’re encouraged with the fact that the tribal church has already been functioning on its own for quite a number of years. Thank you for praying for the Higaunon as they minister to one another and for the new outreaches we reported about in our last update.

We hope you all have a blessed Christmas as you experience HIS love and grace in your lives.
