Of course, the title of this post is a reference to the Robert Frost poem, for the benefit of my dear mother. And of course, it refers to the fact that we are on the verge of making a big decision as to which region, or road, we will take. I, Lincoln, along with some other friends, will be making a trip to the central region in the next couple weeks, to see what it’s like and what some opportunities for ministry might be.
After that trip, we will make our choice. There are plenty of opportunities to serve in whichever area we choose. We look forward to making that decision and getting an idea of what lies ahead for us.
Apart from that, the kids have started up school again. Elroy is a second-grader now, and Scout is in first. It’s nice to have some freeish time in the morning and afternoon. The kids both joined swim club, although Scout is a little reluctant to try it. Elroy’s reading is getting a bit more advanced, and sometimes we even have to tell him to put his book down and get ready for school. It’s a good problem.
I will write more in a couple of weeks after some things are decided.
Praise:
-Schooling and friends for the kids
-Progress in language and relationships
Pray:
-Decisions
-Progress in language and relationships…
-Finances for our upcoming visa trip out of the country and move to the region
Thanks!
