The New Testament (and parts of the Old Testament used for chronological teaching) has been translated into the Simba language and recently printed in Brazil. These Bibles came out of customs April 3 and will be dedicated May 25-28th. A Simba missionary, Jack Russell reports, “The Bible will be an instrument for the maturing of Simba believers and a powerful tool for evangelism. We now have 4 Simba men who are ministering in different areas of the Simba territory, and the Bible in their language is essential. Thank you for partnering with us in this Bible translation project and for your prayers over the years!”
Pray for the Simba that God’s Word would be used to reach their own people and others around them. Pray for the missionaries who work among the Simba.
