Tribal Update – The Yao Believers of Mozambique

November 21, 2017 by Phil and Jackie

The Yao Believers are Now the Evangelists

A missionary from the Yao tribal group of Mozambique comments about the chronological teaching that 3 of the tribal believers have just finished teaching in another village: “To step out and be a believer here in this community is like being a dart board” – family members, community leaders, religious leaders, etc. will hurl multiple darts at you.  If a believer’s faith is weak, he will quickly succumb to the oppositions and persecutions, but he who “survives”, his faith is strengthened!  Please pray as God works in the hearts of the villagers, that they will take the step of faith to trust only in Christ for their salvation.”
