Adam and Julie Martin work with the Akolet tribe in Papua New Guinea. They are excited that the believers have been growing by leaps and bounds. Julie says, ”First they started their own version of Sunday School. Next, the Akolet believers started what we would call a youth group. The youth started a joint garden to provide food for people who need it.” Adam and Julie are wondering why they didn’t think of these ideas themselves! The Martins shared that the Akolet praise-song writing has also taken off.
Please pray for God’s continued blessing on Akolet children’s and youth ministries. Please pray, also, for the new evangelistic Bible teaching that will be starting up again soon; for the time for Adam to do this on top of all his other responsibilities.
