Jackie’s Mission Trip to Costa Rica November, 2013
Jackie led a team to Costa Rica over the Thanksgiving week. They did 3 days of eyeglass clinics in 2 small Costa Rican towns. Over 600 people were helped with their physical sight and all who came for glasses also, heard the Gospel presented in Spanish.
Graduation for Haley – November, 2013
Haley graduates from Bible School in Waukesha, Wisconsin the 14th of December so we plan to drive up there for the graduation. Phil & Jackie – Ministry: Sept./Oct., 2013
Another answer to prayer is an outside job for Phil building cabinets for a New Tribes family who just bought a home. It has kept Phil busy many late nights and weekends but we are thankful for the extra income. Pray for strength to keep up with his busy schedule.
Update on Haley at Bible School – Sept./Oct., 2013
Haley seems to be doing well at Bible School and has been blessed with a second part-time job to help with her school expenses. A class in public speaking is proving to be a challenge for her but I am sure it will be a help in the end. Pray for continued spiritual growth.
The Day is Drawing Near… Sept./Oct., 2013
The EXCITING NEWS from the Burns this month is that in less than three weeks Cody and Beka will be getting married.
