On Sunday our guests were invited to attend a soccer game as honored guests. Here we are seated watching the game. The home team lost 2-0.

The latest big hit with Elias and his buddies are Matchbox cars. When they get tired of soccer (which happens quickly in this heat!), he pulls out his box of cars and the fun begins. It usually means a loud afternoon for us (lots of beeping, “varooms” and crashes) but they enjoy it very much.

TEA ESTATES

Our trip to Malawi went well. One of the really beautiful sights in Malawi are the tea estates. Here are some pictures of one of them at the foot of Mount Mulanje just over the border from Mozambique. We even got to see a plane doing crop-dusting.
